Eva de Groot and Tom Teillers new Managing Directors of NTI CAD & Company Group

The Netherlands, 9 June 2022 – NTI CAD & Company Group appoints Eva de Groot and Tom Teillers as new Managing Directors as of 1 July 2022. Both are already a part of the management team and responsible for the daily management of the organization. They succeed Rob Oud as Managing Director. Rob Oud remains available as an advisor for the new directors’ team.

Eva de Groot comes from a role as Marketing Manager at NTI CAD & Company and is also responsible for Customer Success and Operations today. Tom Teillers is today the sales manager of NTI CAD & Company and is responsible for Sales and Business Development.

To ensure the continuity of NTI CAD & Company for the employees and customers and to create a smooth transition, the organization has been working on the succession of Rob Oud for a longer period of time. The last couple of weeks this has been further finalized. There are no big changes since Eva de Groot and Tom Teillers are now also responsible for the daily management of the company, together with financial director Mike Smit.

Rob Oud founded CAD & Company in 1994, which became a part of the NTI Group in 2019. Rob Oud: “After more than 28 years now for me the time has come to take a step back and to focus on new developments. I’m very proud that Tom and Eva will be my successors and have great confidence in both. NTI CAD & Company is left in very good and capable hands, and I am convinced that this company has a great future ahead.”
